At Dr. OakValley, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return: 
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
All tags and labels must be intact.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Process

1. Notify Us – Before returning an item, please contact us at info@droakvalley.com with your order number and reason for the return. Let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange.
2. Shipping the Return – You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
3. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags cannot be returned.
Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable.
Purchases made by legal entities (businesses) are not eligible for return.
